In my essay I am going to talk about how Hazlitt relates his life to hate.Hazlitt uses anecdotes,he does this by relating his life to hatred and putting it into a amusing way too.Hazlitt also uses irony to support his arguments

Hazlitt uses anecdotes to support his argument he does this by telling us story’s about a spider he talks about how he hates spiders and his phobia of them “i hate every sight of it” this is suggesting that Hazlitt hates spiders and can’t stand to see them in front of him.this is related to anecdote because Hazlitt has related to something in his his life that he hates,he also says the spider is “he runs with heedless, hurried haste,he hobbles awkwardly”this could be amusing because he is describing the spider in a very weird way and how it was coming towards him. Hazlitt uses a spider to connect hate with his life.

Hazlitt relates his life to hate really often by talking by a event that happened in his life that was bad eg: the spider story he related the spider as a monster and his phobia of them this is called anecdote. Hazlitt also uses irony by  making a point by amusing us eg: when he was talking bout the boxing match and the guy was talking about himself to be great but he lost the match, I think this is trying to tell us that not to always talk about yourself to be great and then u do something that you might regret,I also think he might be trying to teach his readers a lesson to never boost about yourself.

Hazlit is really good at using anecdotes because he uses them often to back his arguments. Hazlit does this.

Shafayet, as you have saved this as a draft I cannot comment.

This work is incomplete from my point of view. You should be writing in such a way that you argue a point. At the moment you are making some very sensible points, but you do not discuss the text in enough detail to be awarded the “Literary Essay” badge.
